Infrastructure
NEOM offers the biggest state-of-the-art facilities in the region, with six operational sound stages offering 12,000 sqm of production space & backlots. Four further stages are under construction.
Our end state media hub will be fully integrated, including 50+ stages & studios, backlots, post and visual effects. The 1 million sqm's will also include gaming studios, tenancy space, vocational learning facilities, industry incubation & start up space.

Workforce Development
Through our comprehensive applied learning and talent development programmes we now have a crew depth of three to four allowing productions to work simultaneously across our infrastructure.
We’re expanding this through our international partnerships with National Film & TV School in the UK and Digipen and regional partnerships with MBC, SRMG, Rotana and ITP that continue to build a sustainable crew base.

Executive Director – Strategy
Raphael Amodeo has more than 15 years experience in strategy, and corporate development, working across four continents with Boston Consulting Group and Accenture – for private companies, sovereign wealth funds and governments. He's been leading the sector strategy development since inception.

Business Development Executive Director.
Elie Kawkabani is helping shape the future of the region’s industry and establish the media ecosystem at NEOM. With 30 years plus experience building disruptive start-ups and running operations at regional media companies – such as TV2MORO and OSN – he brings a wealth of knowledge to the role.

Sam Pantos oversees the development of NEOM’s advanced media production infrastructure. Having worked for Sony Pictures, Endemol Shine Group and Fox Studios, he has more than 15 years of experience successfully delivering multi-million dollar projects.

With more than 15 years of industry experience, Toby Evan-Jones has produced five global AAA games. He was vice-president and head of business development at the Codemasters Group, merging into Electronic Arts. He started his career at Disney.
